1. Content of the online service

The author excludes all liability for the information provided being up to date, correct, complete or of sufficient quality. Liability claims against the author regarding damages of a material or non-material nature which have been caused through the use or non-use of the supplied information, i.e. through the use of incorrect and insufficient information, are excluded in principle if there is no proof of intentional or grossly negligent misconduct on the part of the author.

All offers are non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to modify parts of these pages or the entire range of goods and services without providing any special notification. He may also add to, delete or cease the publication of these pages temporarily or permanently.

2. References and links

Liability for direct or indirect references to external websites (“hyperlinks”) which are beyond the area of responsibility of the author would only come into force when the author is aware of the contents and where it would be technically possible and reasonable to prevent its use if there is illegal content. The author hereby expressly declares that there is no known illegal content on the linked sites at the time the links were made public. The author has no influence over the current and future composition, contents or authorship of the linked pages. For this reason the author expressly disassociates himself from all contents of all linked pages which have been altered since the links were published. This statement applies to all published links and references within the author’s own internet service, as well as third party entries in guest books, discussion forums, lists of links, mailing lists and all other forms of databases where there may be content that is externally written. With respect to unlawful, inaccurate or incomplete content and in particular loss or damages that arise due to the use or non-use of such information provided, only the provider of the website to which reference was made may be held liable and not those who simply refer to the website in question by means of links.

The copyright for published material created by the author remains with the author of such pages. If there is a possibility to enter personal or business details (email addresses, names, addresses) within the internet service, disclosure of this data on the part of the user takes place on an explicitly voluntary basis.  The use and payment of all services offered is, as far as technically possible and reasonable, also allowed without the provision of such data, i.e. by providing anonymous data or a pseudonym. Third parties may not use details within the framework of the disclosure or similar published contact details such as postal addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers or e-mail addresses to send information which has not been expressly requested. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the senders of what are regarded as spam e-mails which violate this regulation.

5. Legal validity of this disclaimer

This disclaimer is to be considered a part of the internet presence which is referred to on this page.  If parts or the individual wording of this text does not correspond (any longer) or only partially corresponds to the prevailing legislation, the remaining parts of the document and their content shall remain unchanged in terms of their contents and applicability.
